Our trainers have theme specialisation. I.e. ones conduct training sessions on management, others - on sales, thirds - on finances, etc. it is because we require practical experience on training they conduct.
Being an international training company we send our trainers to have probation period at Video Arts, where they have a special course on how to use various learning resources.
