5. How to appraise training's efficiency?
Training effectiveness is being appraised through measuring skills before and after the training and also on basis of personal opinions of trainees.
However in addition to the training quality there are other factors:
- Motivation of employees to use skills acquired,
- Management quality within the company,
- Work organisation and external factors, etc.
Certainly training sessions influence on company's profit increase, though it is difficult to measure just training influence. That is why our criteria of appraisal training's efficiency is the appearance of new skills necessary to work effectively.
