6. Why are not subjects of videos and business games strictly specialised?

These video courses and business games allow not only learn how to manage personnel in a X company, not only how to sell insurance policies or cars. They learn how to sell, manage, negotiate professionally. These general skills can be easily adopted to a company's specific features. If a person can sell only teakettles, this means he : cannot sell. Success and professionalism in one or another activity are being defined by:

1. Knowledge of general rules, stages, principles connected to the area the person work in (i.e., sales);
2. Ability to use this knowledge in a concrete real situation (i.e., sell teakettles). The 2nd thing is impossible without the 1st one.
